Resolved -
We’re pleased to let you know that the eStar v3 solution is now fully operational. We recognize how critical this system is to your daily work in supporting students and school communities, and we sincerely regret the disruption this incident may have caused.
The issue was traced to a low-level networking condition on the database server that interfered with connections from application servers. This affected all clients' ability to connect during the incident. Our teams are continuing to closely monitor the environment to ensure stability, performance, and availability remain strong. In addition, we are conducting a full review to understand what led to the routing table issue and are implementing preventative measures to ensure it does not happen again.
Thank you for your patience, partnership, and trust as we worked to restore service. We remain committed to providing a secure, stable, and reliable experience for you and your team.
